The following are the basic rules that govern your use of our site. Your use of Vapor Cloud LTD site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. Your use of this site binds you to these terms.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Vapor Cloud LTD only sell to smoking adults of legal smoking age. If you are under the legal smoking age, vaporcloud.com.bd and its affiliates will refuse service, terminate all of your accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders immediately.

There is an inherent risk with the use of any and all rechargeable batteries in any circumstance. Use special caution when working with Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer), and any rechargeable cells, as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Make sure the user has enough knowledge of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer), and any rechargeable cells in charging, discharging, assembly and storage before use. Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface. Never leave charging batteries unattended. Do not use any rechargeable battery as well as any battery charger if any visible damage is present, as well as if the cell or charger has been stressed through mishandling, accidental or otherwise, even if damage may not be visible. Always store and transport rechargeable cells in a safe, non-conductive container in a controlled environment. We are not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries in form or shape. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithiumion Polymer), and any rechargeable cells.

Hybrid and mechanical devices are inherently dangerous and pose danger during use, storage, and assembly. Improperly storing, assembling, and using hybrid and/or mechanical devices may result in catastrophic battery failure, injury, and/or death. Exercise extreme caution in the use and handling of these devices at all times. Any product sold under or in conjunction with vaporcloud.com.bd is not a toy. NEVER leave any product unattended, as the risk of potential harm is much greater. Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase electronic cigarette products from this web site. Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing products from this web site is strictly illegal and is punishable by law. Purchasing items on behalf of a minor is prohibited and punishable by law. We reserve the right to ask for identification upon our discretion. By shopping at our store, you are confirming you are of legal age to purchase these products. We reserve the right to deny any order if we think it is placed by a minor. Providing a false declaration under penalties of perjury is a criminal offense.

• Availability

Please understand that our featured items offered are imported and therefore in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of production, stock will not and cannot be replenished immediately. That means once an item is out of stock, it may remain out of stock for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on vaporcloud.com.bd is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us from 11am – 8pm Bangladesh time.

2. Product information

Keep in mind, in consideration to laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility, and other constraints vaporcloud.com.bd does not carry every item that you would find in our stores. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.). Most products displayed on the website are available in select stores in Dhaka while supplies last. In some cases, web products may not be available in stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing of physical stores.

• Payment and credit note

Vapor Cloud LTD. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders within 14 working days from the date of your order placement, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet charged. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vapor Cloud LTD. shall issue a credit note or refund the charged amount.  

• Shipping and Processing fee

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to cover for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items deliverable to you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday-Thursday).

Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following day.

Shipping Rates:

Dhaka Metro Next Day (1 business day) – 100tk

Outside Dhaka (2-3 business days) – 100tk

Processing cut-off time:

Dhaka Metro Next day – Order placed before 12.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 12.01pm will be processed on the next business day.

Outside Dhaka – Order placed before 03.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 03.01pm will be processed on the next business day.

Order discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been received, reviewed and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.

Cancelling and altering orders:

Orders may be edited up to 10minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.

• Return Policy

All return request must be made within 24hrs of receiving the products.

Please contact our customer service team at info@vaporcloud.com.bd or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the order#, full name, address, phone number, the reason for the return. Please note we may request for you to send us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective products prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We do not provide refunds of any sorts.

Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.

For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened and used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables and batteries.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.

Promotional items are considered as final sales. Promotional items are not eligible for return unless found defective.

3. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our newsletter that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Vapor Cloud LTD reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on vaporcloud.com.bd may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies.  Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in product price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Vapor Cloud LTD is committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age for any of our products. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases, we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order.
